I heard you on Andrew Huberman’s podcast and went looking for more. As a lifelong insomniac who functions at a high level on 3-5 hours sleep a night and has somehow evaded looking like the Portrait of Dorian Gray, I am always looking for cures to the scourge of my body not making melatonin (according to the doctor who tested me, he has never heard of a human being who didn’t produce it). You are THE expert on sleep, so I will definitely be listening to each podcast you do! I graduated from Berkeley High School in 1973 and assume Top Dog is still serving the best hot dogs EVER. Unless you are a vegetarian go check it out.

Already the first episode was so helpful. I’m struggling with my sleep, getting just a few hours a night. I want to get natural, consistent sleep without medication. I’m hoping this podcast will help me understand how to do that.
