Dr. Wonderful
I’ve been listening to Dr. Walker on other shows so great to see him here now. His tips have helped me to better understand how to set myself up for better sleep which has caused small cascades of positive changes that have led to a happier me. Although my sleep isn’t perfect, which I’ve learned is normal, I am so grateful for how much better my life is with Dr. Walker’s lessons and that makes him pretty wonderful in my eyes. Thank you for sharing with us!
