“I have just binge listened to all of the episodes (yes including today's) in the last week or so. This podcast is addicting. Coming from a chef background and now in the butchery world, operating three butcher shops in Southern VT, David would probably refer to me as a "line cook with my fancy apron and knife roll". Ryan would call what I do "chef butchery" and Travis would say to me "get into slaughter". These guys are the real deal. Rockstars of the butchery world.
