A must listen...
I have just binge listened to all of the episodes (yes including today's) in the last week or so. This podcast is addicting. Coming from a chef background and now in the butchery world, operating three butcher shops in Southern VT, David would probably refer to me as a "line cook with my fancy apron and knife roll". Ryan would call what I do "chef butchery" and Travis would say to me "get into slaughter". These guys are the real deal. Rockstars of the butchery world. The podcast is full of eagerly shared knowledge, great stories, and laugh out loud satire comedy. Do yourself a favor listen, laugh and learn. I know I have.Read full review »

In short, this podcast is entertaining, very informative, and often encouraging. I work at a butcher shop and process wild game. These guys are very knowledgeable. I learn something and chuckle every time I listen.
