Great podcast, however, can you get some leadership from a Reservists perspective? Maybe some insight on Retention, recruitment of junior grade O’s, managing a civilian career and being a reserve/NG CO.

The host continues to select male leaders to interview giving a one sided perspective to leadership. He is exacerbating the gap that already exists between the sexes in the military. His perspective is narrow minded and creates further division on our ranks. Very unfortunate that he is not using...Read full review »

Just drones on endlessly with no real point. Also the sound quality is terrible

Thoughtful and insightful topics on leadership. Appreciate the combination of civilian and military contributors to give broader perspective of leadership within a military context. I am sharing and using content in mentor/coaching sessions with leaders throughout the Brigade

I am an AF 2d Lt, coming up on 11 years TIS. Thank you for putting this podcast on. Even though I am not in the Army, so much of what you say applies to the entirety of my career, even when I was a wee A1C. I hope I have the opportunity to shake your hand one day.

I am a 1LT who was thrust into a leadership position instantly upon return from A school. As a member with 13 years prior enlisted the expectation level was beyond other LTs, which is understandable. I felt like the mentorship I’ve been looking for was lacking. The leadership difference between...Read full review »

This is a great podcast that is geared toward leadership in the military. For those who are in the military there aren’t unlimited options out there and this one tops the charts. I think all the listeners out there would certainly gain a lot from another season.

Great podcast- an hour of weekly professional development delivered direct to my playlist. As a sitting BC, I’ve yet to listen and not have a list of ideas to try, or areas to adjust. This is now recommended listening for my subordinate leaders. Thanks for this, Drew. It is powerful.
