I started listening to Mike doing this maybe 16-20 months ago. I listened to quite a few & was definitely moved by them. Tho’ I knew it unlikely I‘d ever be in a situation to offer any help by way of tips or solutions. True crime podcasts seldom focus in my geographical area, for one. And...Read full review »

I respect Eric Carter-Landin, experienced tragically something I can’t … gets this sad story out, but I hope you are reading and not turning this into another of your other cases from your other platform. I listen in hopes , but this platform was to reach broader platforms, hope they can help, we...Read full review »

Soothing voice and seem to be genuinely trying to help those looking for answers

To tell a true story, guests of the podcasts must be truthful re: their loved ones’ past as that could reveal more information. Why did Zachariah Shorty’s mother conveniently neglected to mention her son’s past arrests for purchases of controlled substances on THREE separate occasions? In one...Read full review »

If I gave this podcast a grade, it would be a C. It is just really not engaging or exciting to listen to.

Really one of the only shows you can say this about. This is a previous review statement that was left with 5 stars when I came to review the episode about Jimmy Townsend. I don’t think you should have done this episode. It’s very clear that there are racial undertones from the family and the...Read full review »

I thought your coverages was really really good. It’s hard to get someone to cover Louisiana case. i’ve never heard of you before and I started listening because I knew you were going to cover this and I gave you four stars. thank you so much for giving all these people a voice. I’ve gotten...Read full review »

…can’t say a whole lot for the host! And my first listen to this podcast was the Langert Family!! I suspect that he is greatly carried by this incredibly intelligent, well prepared, informed, and most eloquent sister of the victim wife! She is the sister to end all sisters! No one better to...Read full review »

Oh lord! This was a painful listen. Mike couldn’t keep the story on track and the daughter was all over the place and super awkward. Overall, this podcast isn’t great. I listen when I run out of other podcasts to listen to. I’m super curious if anyone actually pays to MAYBE get stickers or thank...Read full review »

I enjoy everything about this podcast. It’s informative, interesting and I find myself praying for the families and hoping for resolution in their cases. The fact that the cases are brought to the public makes resolution more likely, so I thank you for the support given to the families!

Wow
Listened to the episode on Valentina Yorro and I was not impressed. The episode focused on bashing the fiancé versus really digging into the back story of Dj, his drug addiction, and Tina and all of the issues they had. I hope that the young niece never hears this and how they spoke about her...Read full review »

This podcast is brilliant, the host treats each case with such respect and care and gives each victims families a wonderful platform to help being justice.

Boring. Monotone. Too many ads. Exhaustive. I read reviews and rely on honest feedback. Kudos to the host for trying to put out content but I will not continue to listen. I made it through <15 minutes of one episode and I couldn’t do it anymore.

I like the first hand accounts and the research. Sometimes it drags and could use an editor but I hope that gets better as the podcaster gets more experience.

Well done Morph. Your personality comes out in this podcast. Sensitive and caring. Helping people to get their stories out there. You definitely deserve more credit for this. Listen carefully guys this is important stuff. It could be your family.

Mike does a awesome job of telling the story in a interesting and informative way. I always look forward to the next one. This is definitely one of my favorite podcasts. It would be my favorite but it is in close running with his other podcasts because I like all of them as well.

I’m writing this only in hopes that the Host will take some advice. I appreciate the in depth research. It takes a lot of time to research. However, all the hard work with the research gets lost in its verbal delivery. I could not give a high rating because I just cannot get past the monotone...Read full review »

Loved this podcast. you could really feel the love between the twin sisters.

Bad from all and any aspect. Interviews are extremely long and redundant, the host doesn’t know how to make them interesting because he is not good at it, can’t direct them or keep it on track, and simply tries to fill in time with the guests’ rambling forever…🤮

I enjoy listening and hearing the different ways families are impacted. Each show is very different and gives these families a chance to be heard plus the potential for resolution. Keep up the great work.

So. My three cousins killed my brother in law after their brother was killed by his friend. It is the scandal of our family. My cousin was killed during one of his drug buys. He was sitting in the front seat of a car and my brother in law’s friends say behind him and shot him in the back. He...Read full review »

I came across this podcast while researching the Pelley “Prom Night” murders. I had high hopes, but this is one I recommend skipping. The subject matter is very sad, but it’s important to hear the impact of a murder on the victim’s family. Interesting to learn things the police did right (and sometimes wrong) in their investigations.

What a great podcast. I can’t believe I have only found this recently. Each story is sensitively told followed by someone close to the case telling their personal experiences of the case. Commercials plus "housekeeping" ran for almost 3 1/2 minutes before ep. 50 began. I started at ep. 50 to make sure the p. caster had worked out the kinks.
