CPT Need
I think this podcast provide more insight into what we’re all trying to do, become the best personal trainer for our clients. I hope to hear more in the future and would love to hear an episode about balancing a busy schedule so everyone can benefit, eg. single parent working full time, trains on the side and has two preschoolers, or even a more stable and mature family. Thanks for what you do, keep it up!
