A great, informative programme with a expansive range of topics. The gut health series was excellent as was the New York bakery scene prog. with Ed Kember (?). Highly enjoyable.

Joy in a dark time
This podcast is such a treasure trove of interviews. I discovered it a couple of weeks ago and have dived into the huge back catalogue since then - it’s funny, clever, educational and just bloody entertaining!
