Works Well in Podcast Format
What I mean by that is this: we read articles about strength and conditioning all the time, often representing one "tribe" in the industry, but here you get to listen in as two well-respected professionals dialogue about a broad range of topics. I really appreciate that Dos and Wil are unafraid to let it be known when a topic comes up and they aren't well-versed enough on it to really comment. Many S&C writers are afraid of not knowing everything and will feel inclined to form some opinion on every topic, even ones they aren't well-versed in. Much more ought to be written, but I can say that if you are into S&C, this is worth your time.Read full review »

Dos & Wil provide great insight into training, complimenting each other with their ideas on fitness & real world training. Their incredible knowledge & coaching experience exceed anybody else on iTunes. I just wish I could train with either one of them!

Since I’ve listened to the performance podcast for the first time I’m a true fan of it. I’ve learned many things from Wil and Coach Dos and can highly recommend the podcast. It is is worth your time!
