Forensic, insightful, enjoyable.
Felt compelled to write a review after the most recent (August 2019) episode following Pell's appeal decision. While today there is a no shortage of media organisations and commentators trying to add their 15 minutes of "insight" to this issue, the contrast between the quality of insight from other media sources vs the team here is stark. Their dedication to this story and its issues over the long haul is evident in the quality of their analysis, the balance of their portrayal of the 'characters', and the calm and cool way in which the audio treatment draws us into the stiffling atmosphere of courtroom itself. Superb contemporary presentation of high-quality, old-school, long-hours-on-the-beat journalism.Read full review »

You need to hear this - but if it raises issues there is support information at the end, so be sure to go to that bit if you need. Incredibly well done and pulls no punches on either the perpetrators of child sexual abuse in Australian institutions or those who covered it up.

This podcast is something that I think many people should listen too. It had me in tears hearing the stories about child abuse.
