I’m a D2 Rugby player and this dude knows his stuff. As a prop I constantly flip between lifting heavy weights or should I do cardio? I forget which episode it was but he said ‘ If you have a lot of power but don’t have good cardio, you won’t be able to show your power due to being tired’ Good listen

Easily one of the most informative podcasts about rugby and gym based topics around, alongside being very entertaining! TJ pitches the level perfectly with giving you sound scientific reasoning without coming across patronising or losing you within the detail. 10/10 would recommend.
