What if we had never met?
The concept of Mental Subtraction of Positive Events can be life-changing. I have been blogging about gratitude since December 2006 and I've published a book about gratitude (A Moment's Pause for Gratitude, Balboa Press, 2017). In conversations with people about gratitude, I have often urged them to consider the "What if?"
