“I’ve been a fan of Julie’s IG account for a while (have her cute birdy relationship book!!) and was lucky enough to get an advanced copy of her latest book Secure Love that I soaked up and shared with many others to dig in and learn and improve their relationships. Whether you are in a struggle period in your relationship (and her knowledge is not applicable to only romantic relationships but could be applied to any authentic relationship), or the waters are calm for now, it benefits everyone to dig in deep. Not everyone can a) afford couples therapy or b) find a compatible therapist so I was thrilled to hear she was releasing a podcast that would make you a fly on the wall hearing the vulnerable (and common!) dynamics that can occur. Julie’s insights throughout are so valuable as you can tell she provides a warm comforting space for the couple. I’m truly excited to hear how this couple evolves over time.”
