Transformative - and for FREE!
I applaud Julie Romano’s generosity in creating this podcast, to bring her phenomenal book ‘Secure Love’ alive in these real-life sessions. She is so clearly motivated by being of service to as many couples as possible. This format is genius! I am so grateful to our courageous couple Melissa and Drew. Week by week they bravely venture into the stuck places of their negative cycles, willing to connect with their vulnerability and learn new ways of being. I find myself saying, ‘Oh, that’s me,’ or ‘Oh, that was us.’ We listeners grow along with you symbiotically, as Julie’s gentle, wise questioning and validating allows for weekly growth. I can see how a Secure attachment style CAN be obtained, through the moment-by-moment incremental shifts that re-wire the brain into co-regulated nervous systems. I know many people can’t access high quality couples counselling, so this podcast is a gift! It will continue for many years to come as a blueprint for couples willing to do the work and create lasting change. Blessings to all involved in this transformative podcast.
