Relaxing and so helpful
My husband and I are listening to this podcast while separated and also going to EFT sessions with our own therapist. The podcast would be great on its own or with her book, but it is a wonderful companion to our therapy also. I also find the pacing and real time pauses helpful for processing the valuable information. I look forward to this every week. During a very stressful time in my life, this podcast is a safe place to visit. My avoidant husband also really likes listening on his own.

Julie is impeccably thorough with dissecting her approach and how attachment theory plays a pivotal role...Read full review »
