“I was introduced to this podcast by a dear friend early January 2021. The podcast became my go-to whenever I needed a reminder of my self care. I usually listen to the podcast at the end of the day as a reward/ me time. At weekends, sometimes I start my day with the podcast to ensure that I put a self care activity for myself. The hosts are great and fun to listen to and they complement each other’s perfectly. My favourites: awe walk- shakti Mat. The stop saying sorry was quite revealing and I started to notice this specially with my women friends.
I love the holistic approach of the podcast: inner work self care such as self compassion/ wellness products/ active practices. I think there is something for everyone. Keep the practical and fun work coming.”
