“I started listening to your podcast in 2020 during the autumn lockdown, at the time I was really struggling with mental health, having regular panic attacks and feeling generally very anxious. It all came to a head and I decided to turn things around. I had a mixture of CBT and traditional counselling over 18 months and finding the pod at the beginning of this healing journey really supported me.. I can’t count how many times the practices you spoke about filtered into my conversations with my counsellor (Asking for Help, Active Listening, The art of doing nothing) AND how many of the practices found their way into my everyday (Grounding & Awe Walking, Matcha & Gratitude). Plus the pod is so funny and always puts a smile on my face when I’ve had a hard day. I am now more well than ever.
