More great stuff from Strength Running!
I cam across Jason Fitzgerald's blog years ago and found it to be the best source for information on rehabbing from an ITB injury. Since then, I have followed his blog regularly and continue to see it as a valuable source of information on all things running. Really enjoyed the podcast and will follow through by reading Run Fast Eat Slow. I liked the information on her morning routine and am also an early riser. Would like to have known if she eats breakfast before her daily training run. That may be covered in the book. Keep up the good work.
