Fox News for Remoaners
Despite its relentlessly smug and oh so superior tone this podcast does occasionally manage, probably accidentally, to be interesting. Mostly though it's just the usual 'guys who know' agreeing with one another about just how awful this or that is. The presenter is polished, the production values high, but it just fails to escape a dull monotone of sulky remainer conformism on almost everything it covers. Like dry carrot cake in podcast form, its palatable, but would be better if the balance of its ingredients were tweaked.Read full review »

Bluffer's Guide interrupted mid sentence (not kidding - right in the middle of a sentence) by very loud adblurt re pensions. Hope this was a mistake as it was totally disruptive and I lost the thread of the discussion. If it happens again, I'm unsubscribing.

I subscribe to The Times and find its coverage broad minded and intelligent. This podcast is frustrating because the subject matter is often interesting but it is regularly undermined by the whinnying ninny who hosts it. Really good podcast. Friendly and chatty but still intelligent. Not self important or self indulgent. I quit my job working for a Tory Brexit MP on June 24th 2016.
