No more hard core cardio cardio cardio!
Kitty Blomfield has changed my life! I exercised 5 days a week, alternating 5 mile runs with heavy lifting. I also tried to do this on 1200 calories a day! I was tired, aggressive and highly strung, I slept badly and I had a layer of fat on my abdomen that would not budge! Fast forward to a life changing event, I found this podcast! Mind blowing! I now eat 2000 Calories a day, I walk and I lift weights! My Doctor is thrilled with my bloodwork (that’s a first) and I sleep like a baby! I also eat potatoes, rice red meat and dairy (all of which had been eliminated) I chug fresh orange juice by the liter. I am calm, happy and I’ve found balance. Thank you Kitty!

Kitty and her friend Emma do an excellent job at pinpointing the “socially acceptable” health practices which have actually been detrimental to so many women. Their choice in interviewees, topics of interest and applicable nature make this podcast truly fitting of its name.
