“Kitty Blomfield has changed my life! I exercised 5 days a week, alternating 5 mile runs with heavy lifting. I also tried to do this on 1200 calories a day! I was tired, aggressive and highly strung, I slept badly and I had a layer of fat on my abdomen that would not budge! Fast forward to a life changing event, I found this podcast! Mind blowing! I now eat 2000 Calories a day, I walk and I lift weights! My Doctor is thrilled with my bloodwork (that’s a first) and I sleep like a baby!
