Really Dials It In
Honestly I feel like each episode was talking directly to me. I am especially drawn to the Ray Peat cast with all the science. I came here after listening to Chlo at Flow with Chlo. It’s real information that women really need to hear. I am eating more. Not where I need to be but I’m eating raw whole milk dairy, more starch, fruit, and carbs in general. Fatty meats. And I’m resting more. No more running or cardio at all right now. Only weights and never on consecutive days. Sleep is better and I’m not as anxious. God Bless for putting this there — it’s called a diet for a reason— you literally die on it. And if your healthy lifestyle is causing you ill health, get out NOW!!!
