Highly recommended!!
I am a graduate student in a counseling program and am in an entry level job in the mental health field. Most of the topics addressed in this podcast are things that I have not yet been introduced to and I love how tangible it is! Sometimes academia can feel cold and unapproachable. I often wonder how to apply what I am learning to my interactions with clients. I love that this podcast introduces topics in a way that I can grasp them. It allows me to understand how I can use the information in my work as well as for personal growth.

I’m new to podcasts (yes I’m late to the party!) - this is the winner for me. So enlightening and helpful. Looking forward to listening to more episodes.
