Emma is a Teacher of Crucial Life and Mental Skills.
What I've noticed is that Emma is direct & to the point, titles her episodes accurately, gives several real life examples of mental health strategies per episode, and maybe most importantly, she has a calm and comforting style of communication. You can almost see her smile as you listen. I only wish I would've come across her podcast in 2019, so that I could have the tools I needed to process and overcome anxiety. Thank you, Emma. At times, I wish you were my go-to personal Therapist, but this podcast will have to do. God bless your adventure as you help others learn how their minds and bodies were created to work in harmony for growth, health and community.Read full review »

Not mentioning this is common side effects of anxiety disorders. This is why doctors should only be on podcasts about mental health.
