“I’m a horror fan/nerd/critic and I’m decidedly NOT too scared to watch horror films. However, I love hearing about movies from the perspectives of people “seeing” them for the first time. When I was a little kid, the first of our friends to see a particular scary movie had to recount all the details to the rest of the group, whose parents wouldn’t let them watch that movie. This podcast is kinda like that. Even if you’re someone like me who has seen just about every movie the group on this podcast is discussing on the episodes, it’s really cool to hear about the movies from a first-timer. It brings up that warm nostalgic feeling and reminds me of what it was like when I first saw the films. To everyone on the pod- thanks for subjecting yourselves to scary stuff for our listening pleasure, and keep up the great work!”

“I genuinely think the hosts are funny. That’s a huge plus. However, I also want the information to be accurate. They make a lot of mistakes when reviewing the films.
