“I do invite you do explore the Texas Hill Country wineries—there are a lot of them—and the High Plains AVA (which grows most of the grapes used in Texas wines). Texas has the fourth most wineries in the US, 602. Virginia, which you mentioned in your last podcast has 366. Oregon, #3, has 713.
