Foul language is a turnoff
Information wise I give it 4 stars, maybe 5, topics could be better. Sometimes it just sounds like a lot of insider complaining about the industry. And the obscene language could be omitted, and their talking points would sound much more professional. I get it that they want to sound edgy but it is over the top. And it also narrows their audience, because not everyone is listening to it on headphones. One last thing. These guys have such elitist attitudes that I often have to turn it off just because of that.

I’m kind of surprised that I like this pod as much as I do. I admire the even-minded perspective that these folks bring to the market. Millennials and younger, don’t let their penchant for wine turn you off 🙃.

As someone that works in hospitality, I like to read VinePair because it keeps me up to date with my industry without being snobbish. I enjoyed the pilot podcast episode because it felt true to that style. Excited to see what else they have in store for us.

I love tuning in and hearing about what’s going on in the world of beverages and dining culture. The topics are thoroughly discussed with different perspectives. I learn lots and appreciate the insight. Cheers!
