Informative, motivating companion
I value the information regarding the pschology of becoming and staying motivated to start and maintain a walking/fitness routine. I walk alone early in the morning and it's nice to know that I am in good company with others all over the world. Dave is there on the easy days as well as the days that are more challanging. Appreciate Dave’s great professional diction first of all. Gives me incentive to start a walk everyday. 20 plus days into the 90 day plan and I really think it’s going to last. If I get to 200 minutes a week walking for life I’m sure it will beat 100 minutes a week at a gym for maybe 2 months....Read full review »

I found Dave when he was doing his 20k per day for a year streak and followed his blog. When Dave started his podcast, I tried it. Dave’s subjects have ah hah moments when you say, hey that’s so true making it click. It really relates to my walking and likely many others.
