Started listening about 3 months before I started walking and today after 6 weeks I’m averaging 12000 STEPs and have walked 18 holes of golf for first 3x in over 30 years. Thanks Dave!

I found Dave’s channels on YouTube about a month ago. Being in my mid-50s and struggling with motivation, I find his show to be very helpful. I am walking and biking more since listening and have even started a body weight/calisthenics workout at home. Thank you Dave!

I look forward daily to this 10 minute podcast. I start my daily walk when Dave does and listen while I walk for 10 minutes, until it’s over and he continues on his way and I continue my walk on my own.
