I have recently started back walking. I always listened to music, but thought I would give a podcast a try. I happened upon “Walking is Fitness” and so glad I did. I now look forward to my walks, and always listen to three each day! I actually walked in the rain the other day, because I wanted to get an update on Ava. So thankful she is doing better. Morning walks are my favorite, and helps me reset for the day. You won’t regret listening! Liz Baton Rouge, LA

I look forward daily to this 10 minute podcast. I start my daily walk when Dave does and listen while I walk for 10 minutes, until it’s over and he continues on his way and I continue my walk on my own.
