“I have recently started back walking. I always listened to music, but thought I would give a podcast a try. I happened upon “Walking is Fitness” and so glad I did. I now look forward to my walks, and always listen to three each day! I actually walked in the rain the other day, because I wanted to get an update on Ava. So thankful she is doing better. Morning walks are my favorite, and helps me reset for the day. You won’t regret listening!
