Nice Ten Minutes of My Day
I look forward daily to this 10 minute podcast. I start my daily walk when Dave does and listen while I walk for 10 minutes, until it’s over and he continues on his way and I continue my walk on my own. Lately, the podcast has become more fun… more interesting. It’s motivational and encouraging without being obvious about it. I highly recommended this podcast.

I’m an evening walker, not a morning walker like Dave, however I listen to him every morning as I get ready for work. He’s my thought for the day! I enjoy his motivation!
