My takeaway: Throughout the interview, Chandan explicitly and implicitly comes back to concept of "continuity of customer trust". The idea that all customer interactions must result in the continuity, or even enhancement, of the trust-based relationship built initially by the sales team. While we on the sales team often speak in these terms, it was refreshing/enlightening to hear Chandan discuss this idea not only as an SE, but from the perspective of a Post-sales engineer and a Consulting SE.
