This isn't just for people who want weight loss
I've gone up and down 7-9 pounds over the years and heard about this Podcast and thought -- I'll give it a try. Oh my word -- this isn't just for people who want to lose weight. This is for people to be able to reframe their thinking to get the results that they want with ANYTHING. The anecdotes of the struggles of practicing physicians ring true for anyone in medicine, however -- even if you are a practicing physician who doesn't necessarily need to lose weight, this podcast is for you! Dr. Ubell is so down to earth, so forthright, and is readily sharing tools she herself has used with success. I love listening.Read full review »
