It's like Katrina is talking directly to me! I'm down 20lbs and feel like I can eat good food, take excellent care of myself, and actually maintain this way of thinking about food (and other things). In the early episodes we are asked to do a "thought download". All I heard was a euphemism for journaling (which I hate and ain't got time for) so abandoned the show for several weeks. Finally, I realized I needed to try *something* different since nothing else helped with the extra weight. Somehow, writing down "I want to raid the break room snacks after a long day to celebrate and having something to myself" helped me stop doing that... weird! :The first big step on my journey.Read full review »

Katrina is easy to listen to and offers good, solid info on how to lose weight. She focuses on WHY you eat and how to retrain your brain with a thought model. Although her target audience is physicians, this works for everyone. Great podcast!
