That I finally found a weight loss podcast that I can relate to. The latest podcast Releasing overwhelm really spoke about a lot of situations I can identify with. Molly speaks to the whole person and talks about why you may over eat or drink too much. I will continue to listen to Molly’s podcast. I have been listening for over a month and have picked an interesting podcast title every morning to start my day. I already made some changes in my habits. I realize it will take time to be successful in my challenges, but with Molly’s positive and very uplifting episodes, I know I can achieve my goal.💕

I love Molly’s podcast. She gives out so much information. There is always something to learn or new way to think about things. The best part is she is vulnerable and is not afraid for people to hear her story. I love how relatable she is.
