Refreshing attitude dealing with reality
We are all dealing with the existential threats posed by COVID-19. The stress and psychological reactions to this threat or any similar threat often lead to unhealthful or even destructive releases. Ms. Zemek’s guide through the current morass is to not give in to it but rather see it as an opportunity for constructive change. This attitude if practiced as she preaches can lead one to a better long term perspective on things.
