Really good
I got lucky and stumbled upon this podcast after months of being frustrated with my weight. I’ve sought out plenty of weight loss advice in my lifetime and I have to say the way that Molly explains things is really relatable yet she delivers a powerful message. She’s a very skilled communicator. The episodes are well-structured, engaging, and not a word is wasted. Her advice is really sound and applicable to my own life. Also she does justice to the immense struggle and cycle of weight loss and the motivations for overeating. I feel hopeful (for the first time in a while). Thank you Molly!

Molly shares a lo of pracitcal information she has learned over the years and distrills it down to some simple life lessons. I think it really cool that she approaches weight loss from a Chef's perspective and her guidance on how to manage weight is invaluable. Thanks Molly!Read full review »
