A different approach
A friend shared the episode about overeating during covid-19 with me. I have really been struggling with emotional eating and find it hard to stop. This podcast made me feel like there is hope, and gave me a different way to think about why I always turn to food to cope.

I’ve long thought that overeating and over drinking are branches of the same tree. Molly gets to the heart of the matter and offers lots of great advice on how to enjoy fully enjoy food, wine and life while also enjoying a healthy lifestyle. Thanks, Molly!
