A different approach
A friend shared the episode about overeating during covid-19 with me. I have really been struggling with emotional eating and find it hard to stop. This podcast made me feel like there is hope, and gave me a different way to think about why I always turn to food to cope.

With mindful eating my scale is slowly going down and I feel like for the first time in my life that my goal weight is achievable. This information almost feels illegal to know after growing up with restrictive diet culture. Thank you for sharing your incredible knowledge!
