Clearly for a physician like me who struggles with weight and self care, but I suspect even physicians who have a good relationship with food will also benefit from this podcast. Dr. Key’s insight into the struggles we face as physicians and healthy approaches are wonderful. It is easy to come across as preachy and place blame on the physician - “you have burnout because you don’t do enough yoga or are doing it wrong” - but Dr. Key is honest about her struggles and portrays empathy for physician’s struggles.”
