Welcome to the podcast! 'What happened to you?' is dedicated to normalizing conversations about trauma using humor.
My name is Sebastian and I do stand-up comedy about being molested as a kid. Laughing about my experience allowed me to begin processing and healing from what happened to me. Humor is an amazing gateway into deeper conversations and emotions.
From child molestation to cancer to double parental suicide, talking about difficult topics in a lighthearted way makes them easier to deal with.
