I listened to the first podcast. I’m a little up in the air. I want to love this so much. It’s so refreshing to know that this is professional knowledge, mixed with personal experience. Her own story is something I can learn so much from. The thing that’s blocking me from enjoying this podcast is...Read full review »

Thank you for bringing Caleb onto β€œWhat Your Craving”. It took me 15 years of seeking to finally listen to my own intuition. The last five years, for me, has been about helping others to listen to their inner voice and to go within for their answers! His story is so inspiring and I will be...Read full review »

I found this podcast searching for Alex Korb and finding the excellent interviews that Molly did with him. The insights in this podcast are applicable to β€˜auto-pilot’ / β€˜default-mode-network’ struggles of all kind; not just food-related. My struggles are OCD-rooted. But, the numbing, escapist,...Read full review »

Agree with other reviewers that the session I tried to listen to with the Glucose Goddess was hard to listen to because Molly kept interrupting her. It was very frustrating and a waste of time. I have found other podcast hosts to be way better listeners and true interviewers.
