Love it!!!! Your stories in the first part of the podcasts are fun and charming. As a 71 year old business owner not planning on stopping any time soon, your podcasts energize me and I learn at least one new thing each time! Thank you! Love you! Patrice

Love the podcast and can’t wait for another season! All the guests were great and really enjoy Julia’s interview style. I also love the end when she talks with her mom.

Love it love it love it. Really Julia (and Paula) this podcast series hits it out of the park for so many reasons, particularly for a sense of validation, having lived for just shy of 70 years. I am your demographic and listening to the stories of these accomplished women and Julia’s ability to...Read full review »

I look forward to listening to the insightful interviews every week. When Julia says it’s the end of the season, my heart drops. I guess I’ll have to keep re-listening to these wonderful, wise women until there are more episodes. The joy is I keep finding new things every time I listen. Thank you...Read full review »

First let me say, I love the show. I love hearing the wisdom and experience of these lovely women. But Julia, in your introduction to the Julie Andrews episode, I cringed when you said “I get to talk to these old ladies”. Ughhh. We know ageism is a very, very real thing. You guests talk about...Read full review »

To consider - currently, you “talk to” these amazing women. As these ARE truly two-way conversations, using “talk with” would ring more warm and true. Much love.

I love this show. I love the wisdom and insight from these older wiser women which encourages me to ponder how I approach the third act myself. I truly smile as I listen. Julia’s language is a little shocking- she could out curse a college football team, but I love her anyway!

I’ve always enjoyed Julia’s candid approach and have really appreciated her conversations with the many women on this show. It’s so interesting to hear about their perspectives and life stories. It’s about time we listen to and truly hear how amazing older women really are.

The secret sauce is the Mom, of course, who is hilarious but also wise and big-hearted. But the value is not just the content of the great interviews with interesting people but the way in which Julia makes herself vulnerable by sharing herself, her emotions, and not editing out “mistakes.” My...Read full review »

It would be even better if there were less commercials (a lot less) and you let your guests talk more than you do.

Love Julia’s work and principles. A little too much mommy at the end of the Burnett interview. It was sweet and real and touching but too long, too much. Too personal. I felt as if I were eavesdropping on a private conversation. Well, we all were.

Just listened to this. BJK is a living legend. My family and I watched “the odd couple” when I was little and there was an episode with Bobby Riggs and then a cameo of Billie Jean. I am 73 years old, healthy and active. I love being this age. The question how old do you feel? presupposes that feeling younger is preferable. It’s okay to feel old when you are. This podcast is excellent and it’s so lovely to listen to women who can give advice and share their wisdom on what to expect as you get older.
