Love Love Love!
Since my diagnosis 4 months ago, I’ve listened to a number of ADHD podcasts and all the others have nothing on Katy’s podcast. Katy is so real and honest and she selects guests who have very interesting career paths and I’m glued during the whole hour every week. Listening to these women openly discuss their challenges and how they manage their ADHD has helped me feel validated and is allowing me to accept and appreciate my own journey. Thank you Katy!!

So relatable. I feel understood and IM NOT ALONE. I usually cry happy or sad tears to every episode as I find myself relating to all these amazing women. A must listen and a must share!
