Less talking, more listening
Katy is a delightful observer of ADHD. I wish more space was made for the guest. So much of the space is taken up by the host reflecting on her own story. Which, if your looking for a biography of one woman’s lived experience that could be very interesting. But after a few episodes I started to feel like I was ease dropping in on someone’s personal therapy session and longed to hear more from the guest.

This podcast has been immensely helpful in my journey. It’s been very isolating time but now it feels like I’m apart of a huge community. Here’s to keeping our heads up as we face our daily struggles. :)
