This podcast has been immensely helpful in my journey. It’s been very isolating time but now it feels like I’m apart of a huge community. Here’s to keeping our heads up as we face our daily struggles. :)

Just want to send a big thank you for the podcast - I’ve just been diagnosed with adhd at the age of 35 (after years of suspecting it…) and I feel relief as well as complete terror.
