Marc, I have been listening to this podcast starting around 2011. I have seen you live and you even acknowledged a positive tweet I made after attending. I am the opposite of a celebrity worshiper. I don’t give a sh** who you are or what you do. I would not walk across the street to shake a...Read full review »

I am so sorry for your loss. My son lost his wife when he was 36. Filled with despair and grief the day of her passing, he looked into my eyes and said “Mom, I don’t know what to do.” I said “ Your job today is to breathe in and out. Can you do that?” He said he could. I said “That might be...Read full review »

Really appreciate your interviews. You do 3 great things with all your guests. 1- you clearly prepare to do a solid interview. 2- you are respectful to your guests (you can tell how they engage with you) 3- most importantly, you listen. And from all of this you are able to have fascinating...Read full review »

The interviewer talks way to much about himself in most of the interviews. It’s unbearable to listen to after a couple shows.

Marc My condolences to you and all who loved her. I have worked as a mortician for over 22 years. I do outreach, and host events like death cafes. Man this has become a snooze-fest. Boring and lazy these days. Get some interesting/challenging guests - it might make for some interesting chat. Actors aren’t that interesting!

Love listening to your podcasts Marc, you ask interesting questions, conversation flows and your guests are great. I enjoyed Cate Blanchett, Ronan Farrow was brilliant, Brad Pitt and Leo was very good God so many are good. I’m shocked and I saddened by Lynn’s death. I’m glad you told us her symptoms because not enough people realise it doesn’t matter what age you are, you can die. I was listening to another podcast when your name was mentioned. Listening makes this craziness seem real. Stay safe and healthy x

Friday (5/15/20) I listened to this podcast for the 1st time, the Barry Sonnenfeld episode. I decided it would become one of my regular programs, because I like listening to Marc’s voice, his takes on things & his ability to get people to open up with him. Marc, so glad to hear your intro this morning. Your listeners, me included, love you so much and want to help you, but know we can’t. You’ve got to feel it all and we cannot walk in your shoes. Lynn was your person, and you are our guy. Stay safe and strong.
