Trouble taming the mind or sitting still? This slow flow is designed to quiet racing thoughts and reduce the fidgets. We’ll go through a well-rounded practice at a soothing and calming pace. Expect self-massage, stretch, breath-work, flow, standing poses, backbends and restorative. Props used: Blanket, 9-in/23-cm pilates ball (optional), Tennis Ball (Optional), Chair, Strap (All Levels/60 Minutes)

This practice is all about discovering your breath capacity and then matching it to movement and flow. We will have a luxurious warm-up followed by a lot of flow leading up to hops and handstand prep. Have a bolster or cushion, a blanket, and a couple of bricks. (60 Minutes/All Levels)
