Description
We’re living through some interesting times and all this isolation can get us stuck in our heads. This class is about having a bit of an attitude check and creating positive responses to any negative mental storylines. In our bodies we will work on creating a positive and productive relationship with our core. So we will do some feel-good massage and breath as well as some strong core drills and twisting poses. We’ll finish it all off with some fun backbend over the bolster. We will use a 23cm/9in Pilates ball or rolled blanket, a bolster or makeshift bolster of a blanket rolled around a mat, and a yoga brick. (All Levels/60 Minutes)

This practice is all about discovering your breath capacity and then matching it to movement and flow. We will have a luxurious warm-up followed by a lot of flow leading up to hops and handstand prep. Have a bolster or cushion, a blanket, and a couple of bricks. (60 Minutes/All Levels)
