Here is a practice that will work all of your hip socket and much of your leg. It’s not just passive stretch. We’ll do a lot to mobilise and strengthen the muscles around the hip socket in a variety of shapes. We’ll finish with some feel good folding. You’ll need a strap and something to sit on.
