His sequences are carefully constructed, building incrementally so I can feel safe and prepared as more challenging options arise, I feel able to understand well the different options available for postures. He encourages me to listen with care to my body and work with myself as I really am on any given day, he understands how we are often prone to push ourselves and encourages people to keep checking back in with what their bodies need. He has a great balance in his teaching between developing strength and softness, this is one of the best yoga resources out there.”
