“I never review anything, but this podcast is the best. Adam is a clear and supportive instructor with a gentle sense of humor. I LOVE that he has sessions of different lengths (you DO NOT have to do yoga for a full hour!!!) and also for specific purposes (strength, travel, end-of-day, wake-up, etc.). I never thought I would practice more than once a week but now usually practice four to five times a week, which is helping me address a shoulder issue that developed from years of road cycling. This podcast is pure joy, and the best thing I’ve found on the internet in years. Amazing that he has offered these for free (although I will gladly make a donation). Subscribe!”
