Excellent OCD resource
Your Aniety Toolkit is a fabulous podcast. The warmth, compassion and caring from Kimberley alone makes this worth listening to. It's like getting a personal pep talk from your most caring and understanding friend when you are struggling or feeling inadequate. The bonus that Kimberley covers topics on how to deal with OCD or anxiety in general are an amazing benefit. As a therapist she knows what we struggle with (black and white thinking, low self-compassion and self-worth, etc.) and provides real inisght into how to treat yourself gently and compassionately as you seek to reclaim your life. This is my favorite podcast and I recommend it for anyone dealing with OCD.Read full review »
